Deep Diversity In-House Training

Our innovative JEDI training based on the book Deep Diversity: A Compassionate, Scientific Approach to Achieving Racial Justice. Includes four modules: Bias, Emotions, Identity and Power. Delivered in a series of three to four sessions tailored for your organization.

We can offer this training as a live group course (webinar + online content) or self-directed online course. We also offer organizational licenses for internal use.

Deep Diversity Organizational Change Program

Our year-long wrap-around program is aimed at middle-managers and has resulted in measurable behavioural and attitudinal change. Customizable program including pre and-post assessment, measurement tools, action plan templates, team coaching calls and webinars.

Social Inclusion Audits, Surveys and Measurement Tools
